ethos



A place for young adults (college and 20 somethings) to hang out, drink coffee, study/learn, and discuss.

ethos- The character or disposition of a community, group, person, etc. ethos defines the underlying belief that binds culture together, defining "reality". The gospel carries power to transform people and cultural ethos. As we individually seek this change, we seek the same change in our cultural ethos by the way we merge, immerse, and engage.

merge - We meet and share God's love with each other in a dynamic and open environment as a community of young adults who encourage those that are new in their faith or seeking for the first time.

immerse - we connect with each other and God through devoted study, small groups, serving and being involved in church ministry. Together we investigate Biblical teaching that is relevant and challenging for our lives and our growth.

engage - By applying what God has taught us and what we have learned from our study and discussion in our every day lives we minister to our culture. This includes giving of ourselves everday as we share our faith, reach our culture, and serve our community. Through this process we disciple others and teach them to begin to develop relationships that disciple, affectively changing the cultural ethos for Christ.
