Women's Fall Bible Studies, Prayer, & Fellowship

Now that summer is about over, are you looking for a place to connect with other women around God’s Word?  We have some wonderful opportunities for you to join with other women to grow in your faith and fellowship with other LSCC Women.  Check these offerings out, call the contact person if you have questions, and then sign up!  (Signups are important for planning purposes—we appreciate knowing you are coming!)

Children of the Day (1 & 2 Thessalonians) by Beth Moore.
Children of the Day sheds light on the relationships shared by those who comprise the church.  Just as the New Testament believers carried the Spirit of God as they walked through life, we carry that light today also.  Together we will explore walking in that light.  “You are children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness.” 1 Thessalonians 5:5

Vine Maple Place Donations Needed

Do you remember how important that new pair of shoes was for the first day of school? With new shoes, it seemed you could jump higher and run faster! With new shoes, you felt like you could fly!

The children at Vine Maple Place are all heading back to school, and most will be decked out in new clothes and shoes. But for many of the children at Vine Maple Place, new clothes and shoes are not possible. You can help!

Will you give a generous financial gift to support the kids at Vine Maple Place? Your donation will mean the 88 children in the Vine Maple Place program will have shoes, clothes, and a warm, safe home to start the school year.

Because of you, our kids will feel like they can fly! You can donate at http://www.vinemapleplace.org/get-involved/financial-donation.html
